Welcome to the Nevada Caregiver Support Center
The Nevada Caregiver Support Center (NCSC) promotes excellence in dementia care by increasing the quality of life of caregivers and care recipients. Following the recommendations of the American Academy of Neurology, the NCSC’s Train-the-Trainer Program provides trainers and learners with the knowledge and the skills to implement evidence-based practices for the prevention of excess disability and the treatment of behavioral and emotional changes in dementia. The Nevada Caregiver Support Center training program consists of constructive problem-solving techniques assisting professional caregivers to successfully manage the complexities of effective dementia care for a rewarding personal experience..
